- Fabric — GOTS organic cotton, modal and bamboo cost more than standard combed cotton
- Fabric weight — 200 gsm costs more than 150 gsm and lasts longer
- Construction — seamless circular knit runs on different machinery from cut-and-sew
- Waistband spec — a two-ply anti-roll elastic with jacquard branding is a real cost line
- Size-set spread — a wide size range costs more to produce than a narrow one

What is the wholesale MOQ for underwear?
1,500 pieces per colour, per size set for cut-and-sew styles and 2,000 pieces for seamless constructions. Because underwear is ordered by size set, the practical entry point is one style, one or two colours and a full size run.
How is underwear priced?
Per piece, against the quantity in each colour and size set — not against a single averaged number. Give us your realistic size curve and you get a sharper quote than an averaged one, because we can cut to a plan rather than to a range.
Can I mix several styles in one order?
Yes — the MOQ applies per design, not per order. Colourways, sizes and styles are consolidated into one consignment, and each design keeps its own colourway count.
Can you handle packaging, labels and barcodes?
Yes. Printed belly bands, hangtags, header cards, hook boxes, gift boxes and multi-language inserts, plus GS1 barcode and SKU management for retail and Amazon. Packaging is quoted as a separate line so you can see exactly what it costs.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% T/T deposit, balance against B/L copy · L/C at sight above USD 30,000. First orders from new markets may need a higher deposit — we stay flexible for verified buyers and repeat programs.
What is the bulk production lead time?
18–28 days from deposit and sample approval. Compression and heavy terry constructions sit at the longer end. You receive a photo and video progress report every week while your order runs.
