Options and add-ons
The waistband is the product
In underwear, the waistband is where your brand lives and where cheap product shows itself first — it is also the part most likely to fail. We specify the elastic quality, the branding technique and the wash performance together, so the logo you approve is still legible after fifty washes.
Branding underwear that lasts
Pattern developed for your market
Grading is done against the size chart your market actually uses and validated on a wearer before bulk — not scaled from a single block.
Branding specified during sampling
Waistband technique, label placement and packaging are settled while the sample is in your hands, so nothing becomes a change order later.
Wash performance specified
Under 4% shrinkage and grade 4+ colourfastness, plus a waistband recovery test — the two things that generate returns on underwear.
Consolidate with your socks
Same team, same QC chain, same shipment — one set of export documents for the whole programme.

Common questions
Can the waistband carry my brand?
Yes — jacquard-knitted branding, a heat-transfer logo or a woven patch, depending on the look and the price point. Jacquard lasts longest because the branding is knitted into the elastic itself; heat transfer is cheaper for detailed multicolour marks.
What is the MOQ for private label underwear?
1,500 pieces per colour, per size set for cut-and-sew styles, and 2,000 pieces for seamless. The minimum applies per colour, so a single style in two colours across a full size run is a valid first order.
Can you handle packaging, labels and barcodes?
Yes. Printed belly bands, hangtags, header cards, hook boxes, gift boxes and multi-language inserts, plus GS1 barcode and SKU management for retail and Amazon. Packaging is quoted as a separate line so you can see exactly what it costs.
Do you provide tagless options?
Yes. Care and brand information can be printed directly onto the fabric instead of using a sewn label — often the right choice for kids’ ranges and for activewear where a label edge causes irritation.
How fast are samples and what do they cost?
Pre-production samples ship 7–10 days after tech-pack approval, by express, with a spec sheet. The sample fee is quoted per style and refunded in full once the bulk order is placed. Revisions are free until you approve the sample.
What is your MOQ?
500 pairs per design & colourway for knitted styles and 1,000 pairs for sublimation-printed styles. Mixed sizes count towards the same design. Volume basics such as a combed cotton everyday crew sit at 3,000 pairs per colour because the price point needs a longer run.
