Who we are
This website is operated by Beijing Haifu Supply Chain Co., Ltd, trading as SOXMILL, Room 2506, Building 61, Balizhuang Xili, Chaoyang District, Beijing 100025, China. We are a sourcing and supply company: production is carried out by qualified partner mills that we specify, supervise and inspect.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, are based on the specification agreed in writing, and exclude duties and taxes in the destination market unless we quote DDP in writing. Yarn prices and freight rates move; where a quotation depends on an index we say so explicitly.
Orders and specification
An order is confirmed when you accept our proforma invoice and pay the agreed deposit. The approved production sample defines the specification of the bulk order. Colour, size and weight tolerances are those normal in the industry: colour within ΔE 0.8, size within ±2%, and weight within ±5%.
Samples
Sample fees are quoted per style and refunded in full against the bulk order. Revisions before approval are free. Samples are non-returnable.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise in writing: 30% T/T deposit, balance against B/L copy · L/C at sight above USD 30,000.
Delivery
Lead times run from the later of deposit receipt and sample approval, and are estimates given in good faith. Title and risk pass according to the agreed Incoterm. We will share the shipping documents for your review before dispatch.
Quality and claims
Every shipment is inspected to AQL 2.5 with a photo report. Claims for defects visible on the photo report must be raised before dispatch; claims for latent defects within 30 days of receipt. Where a claim is verified, our liability is limited to replacement of the affected goods free of charge, or a credit note at the invoiced unit price.
Intellectual property
Your artwork, trademarks and designs remain yours and are used only to produce your order. We will not sell or offer your custom designs to any other buyer. Our own patterns, specifications and documentation remain ours.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are referred in the first instance to good-faith negotiation, then to arbitration in Beijing.
