Private label socks and underwear — your brand, on a construction that works
Take a proven construction and make it yours: logo, labels, hangtags, barcodes and retail packaging, from 500 pairs. No need to prove yourself at volume before your own brand goes on the product.
What private label covers
The private label process, in eight steps
Identical whether you are branding one style or launching a range. Once a step is signed off it does not reopen — that is what keeps the schedule honest.
Choose your product
Pick a ready style or send a reference sock. We confirm construction, gauge and yarn before anything else.
Send your requirements
Artwork, logo files, target quantity, target price, delivery market and timeline.
Sample development
A digital mock-up first, then a physical pre-production sample in 7–10 days.
Logo & packaging
Knit, printed or embroidered logo plus labels, hangtags, barcodes and retail packaging.
Sample approval
You sign off the sample. Free revisions until you do; the sample fee is refunded on bulk.
Bulk production
18–28 days with inline inspection and a photo/video progress report every week.
Quality inspection
AQL 2.5 final inspection with a photo report. SGS, Intertek or BV welcome.
Global shipping
FOB, CIF or DDP with full export documentation prepared by our team.
Why private label starts at 500 pairs here
Your brand goes on from order one
There is no volume threshold before you can use your own logo, labels and packaging. Plenty of first orders with us are private label.
We lock the specification in writing
Yarn, gauge, stitch, size grade, logo technique, label copy and packaging are written down and approved before production. That document is what keeps reorders identical.
Packaging is quoted as a line, not a mystery
Belly bands, hangtags, boxes and barcodes appear in the quote at cost so you can see what the packaging is really worth to your shelf presence.
Barcode and SKU support
GS1 barcode allocation, FNSKU mapping for Amazon, SKU naming and carton marking — the unglamorous work that decides whether a retail launch runs smoothly.
Where to go next

Private label socks
Logo knitting, printing and embroidery on any construction in the sock range.

Private label underwear
Waistband branding, woven labels and retail packaging by the size set.

Custom labels & barcodes
Woven labels, care labels, hangtags, UPC/EAN/FNSKU barcodes and SKU management.

Custom packaging
Belly bands, hangtags, hook boxes, rigid gift boxes and multi-language inserts.

The 8-step process
Exactly what happens from your first message to cartons leaving the warehouse.

Private label case studies
Three programs, including a 60-store retail launch with Arabic packaging.
Development, not just branding
When private label is not enough
If the construction itself needs to change — a different yarn, a new cushioning map, your own silhouette — that is OEM or ODM work, and it is a different conversation with a different lead time. Both routes start in the same place: what does your market need this product to do?
- Private label — a proven construction with your brand on it. Fastest and cheapest.
- OEM — you specify the product in detail and we manufacture to your specification.
- ODM — you bring the market problem and we develop the product that solves it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use my own brand on a 500-pair order?
Yes. There is no volume threshold for private label with us. Your logo, labels, hangtags and packaging are available on the entry tier — the unit cost is simply higher because the setup is spread across fewer pairs.
What do you need from me to start?
Vector artwork (AI, PDF or EPS) works best, with Pantone codes for exact colour matching. Plus target quantity, delivery market and target price if you have one. A reference photo or a sketch is enough to open the conversation — roughly 70% of our buyers start without a tech pack.
Can you handle packaging, labels and barcodes?
Yes. Printed belly bands, hangtags, header cards, hook boxes, gift boxes and multi-language inserts, plus GS1 barcode and SKU management for retail and Amazon. Packaging is quoted as a separate line so you can see exactly what it costs.
How much does private label cost on top of the sock?
It depends almost entirely on the packaging. Logo knitting is built into the sock cost; labels and hangtags are a few cents each; a rigid gift box can cost more than the sock inside it. Everything appears as a line in the itemized quote so you can trade off shelf presence against unit cost with real numbers.
How fast are samples and what do they cost?
Pre-production samples ship 7–10 days after tech-pack approval, by express, with a spec sheet. The sample fee is quoted per style and refunded in full once the bulk order is placed. Revisions are free until you approve the sample.
What is your MOQ?
500 pairs per design & colourway for knitted styles and 1,000 pairs for sublimation-printed styles. Mixed sizes count towards the same design. Volume basics such as a combed cotton everyday crew sit at 3,000 pairs per colour because the price point needs a longer run.
