This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through this website, by email or over WhatsApp.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit: name, company, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number and country.
- Commercial details you submit: product interest, quantities, specifications, delivery expectations and any files you send.
- Technical data collected automatically by our hosting provider: IP address, browser type and pages visited, in aggregate form.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, produce and ship your order, and comply with export and customs requirements. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Who sees it
Our own sales, sourcing and documentation staff, and — only where it is necessary to fulfil your order — the partner mill producing it, the freight forwarder and customs brokers, and payment providers. Each is bound to use the data only for that purpose.
Third-party services
Enquiry forms on this site may be delivered by Web3Forms, and messages may be handled through WhatsApp or Alibaba International Messaging. Those providers process the message content under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for three years after the last contact, and order and shipping documents for the period required by Chinese export and accounting law. You can ask us to delete enquiry records at any time.
