One accountable QC chain from yarn to carton
- Yarn inspection — supplier lots tested for count consistency and dye lot match
- Inline inspection — at knitting, linking, boarding and pairing stations
- AQL 2.5 final inspection — every shipment, photo report included
- In-house lab — colorfastness (ISO 105), shrinkage, pilling, mmHg pressure
- Third-party audits — SGS / Intertek / BV welcome, plus annual BSCI & SMETA audits
