Bulk programs at container scale
For distributors, importers and retail chains ordering in the tens of thousands: allocated yarn, dedicated production slots, a locked price window and pre-shipment inspection as standard.
The numbers first
Price ladder
| Quantity band | Indicative position |
|---|---|
| 10,000 – 50,000 pairs | Volume tier — programme pricing begins, yarn allocated per order |
| 50,000 – 250,000 pairs | Bulk tier — production slots reserved and a price window locked |
| 250,000 – 1,000,000 pairs | Programme tier — annual pricing, quarterly call-offs, phased delivery |
| 1,000,000+ pairs | Annual contract — dedicated line capacity and a joint delivery calendar |
What moves the price
- Call-off structure — one annual commitment with quarterly call-offs prices better than four separate orders
- Yarn allocation windows — booking production against the yarn harvest calendar protects the price
- Colourway count — fewer colourways on a bulk programme means longer, cheaper runs
- Delivery phasing — phased shipping can cut warehousing cost even when it raises freight
- Packaging standardisation — one carton spec across the programme is cheaper than five
- Specification stability — spec changes mid-programme restart the sample chain
How to get a sharper number
For a bulk programme, ask us to quote against an annual volume with a call-off schedule rather than a single order. That is where the largest savings sit — often more than a further quantity discount would give you.
How we handle bulk properly
Yarn allocated to the programme
For bulk we buy the yarn against your programme, which keeps dye lots consistent across the whole run — the single most common failure on large orders.
Production slots reserved
Bulk orders get booked line time against your delivery window rather than queued behind whatever else is running.
Price window locked
We hold the agreed price for the stated programme period, so a yarn price movement does not become your problem mid-programme.
Pre-shipment inspection at scale
AQL 2.5 on every shipment plus your own inspector welcome. On bulk programmes we also run a mid-production inspection.
Phased shipping to your plan
One container or six, to one port or several — we build the shipping plan around your warehouse capacity, not ours.
One document set per programme
CO, Form E, market certificates and carton marking handled for the whole programme.
A single point of accountability
One account contact for the entire programme, with a weekly written report and photo record.
Mid-programme specification control
If your market shifts mid-programme we handle the change properly — a new sample, a new line, and a written confirmation of the impact on price and lead time.

Wholesale terms — common questions
What volume counts as a bulk program?
From roughly 50,000 pairs in a single programme — or an equivalent mixed programme across categories, where the total value matters more than the pair count. Below that we quote on the standard volume tiers.
Can you hold a price for a whole season?
Yes, on bulk programmes we lock the price for the agreed programme period and allocate the yarn accordingly. That is precisely what the volume commitment buys you — protection from yarn price movement.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% T/T deposit, balance against B/L copy · L/C at sight above USD 30,000. First orders from new markets may need a higher deposit — we stay flexible for verified buyers and repeat programs.
Which trade terms can you work on?
FOB Ningbo / Shanghai · CIF · DDP to your warehouse. Our documentation team prepares CO, Form E and market-specific certificates. Around 60% of our programs ship FOB; Gulf buyers often take DDP.
Can we split delivery across several shipments?
Yes. Phased delivery is normal on bulk programmes — quarterly call-offs against an annual commitment, shipped to one port or several. We build the shipping plan around your warehouse capacity and cash flow.
How do you keep colour consistent across a long run?
Yarn is allocated to the programme from a single dye lot and the dye recipe is held. Where a programme is large enough to need more than one lot, we produce a pre-production colour panel for your approval before the bulk runs begin.
How do you control quality?
One accountable QC chain from yarn to carton: yarn lot inspection on arrival, inline checks at knitting, linking, boarding and pairing, then AQL 2.5 final inspection with a photo report on every shipment. Our lab tests colourfastness (ISO 105), dimensional stability (±3% after five washes), pilling (ISO 12945-2) and mmHg pressure for compression styles.
Planning a bulk program?
Send the annual volume and delivery windows. We will come back with a programme price and a production plan.
