What is the MOQ for underwear?
From 1,500 pieces per colour, per size set for cut-and-sew styles, and 2,000 pieces for seamless constructions. Because underwear is ordered by size set rather than by design, the practical entry point is one style in three colours across a full size run.
Can I mix several styles in one order?
Yes — the MOQ applies per design, not per order. Colourways, sizes and styles are consolidated into one consignment, and each design keeps its own colourway count.
Can I order socks and underwear together?
Yes, and most of our underwear buyers do. The two ranges run on the same QC chain, the same specification document and the same shipment, which saves a freight consolidation and a second set of export documents.
Do you brand the waistband?
Yes. Jacquard-knitted waistband branding, heat-transfer logos or a woven patch — specified per style. Waistband branding is included in the development, not charged as an add-on, and the elastic quality is specified so the brand does not fade after twenty washes.
Can you handle packaging, labels and barcodes?
Yes. Printed belly bands, hangtags, header cards, hook boxes, gift boxes and multi-language inserts, plus GS1 barcode and SKU management for retail and Amazon. Packaging is quoted as a separate line so you can see exactly what it costs.
Do you own the factory that produces our order?
No — and we are deliberately clear about it. SOXMILL is the brand and the sourcing entity of Beijing Haifu Supply Chain Co., Ltd. Production runs through a network of partner mills in China that we audit and qualify before a single order is placed. We hold the specification, the QC chain, the documentation and the commercial responsibility. That is the part most buyers actually care about: somebody accountable when something goes wrong.
