Find the sourcing solution that fits your channel
The product does not change much between buyers. The paperwork, the packaging, the MOQ expectation and the reorder rhythm do. Pick your channel and see how we actually work with it.
Seven buyer channels
Each page sets out the problems specific to that channel and exactly what we provide against them — not a generic features list.

One platform, seven ways of being served
We tell you which channel you are actually in
Buyers often describe themselves by job title rather than by channel. If your real constraint is an FBA shipment plan but you described a distribution business, we will notice — and quote you accordingly.
The specification is the same document
Whichever channel you are in, your order runs against one written specification that you approve. That is what makes batch six identical to batch one.
The QC chain does not flex by channel
A 500-pair promotional order and a 50,000-pair distribution programme get the same inline checks and the same AQL 2.5 final inspection.
Response time, whatever your size
A first-time buyer ordering 500 pairs gets the same 24-hour response as a distributor with an annual programme. Most of our long relationships started as small orders.
Frequently asked questions
What is your MOQ?
500 pairs per design & colourway for knitted styles and 1,000 pairs for sublimation-printed styles. Mixed sizes count towards the same design. Volume basics such as a combed cotton everyday crew sit at 3,000 pairs per colour because the price point needs a longer run.
Can you handle a small trial order?
Yes. From 500 pairs per design is designed for first orders and test runs. A typical first order is three to five designs at 500–1,000 pairs each, consolidated into one shipment. Once the style is proven, repeats move into the volume pricing tiers.
How fast are samples and what do they cost?
Pre-production samples ship 7–10 days after tech-pack approval, by express, with a spec sheet. The sample fee is quoted per style and refunded in full once the bulk order is placed. Revisions are free until you approve the sample.
Can you handle packaging, labels and barcodes?
Yes. Printed belly bands, hangtags, header cards, hook boxes, gift boxes and multi-language inserts, plus GS1 barcode and SKU management for retail and Amazon. Packaging is quoted as a separate line so you can see exactly what it costs.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% T/T deposit, balance against B/L copy · L/C at sight above USD 30,000. First orders from new markets may need a higher deposit — we stay flexible for verified buyers and repeat programs.
Do you own the factory that produces our order?
No — and we are deliberately clear about it. SOXMILL is the brand and the sourcing entity of Beijing Haifu Supply Chain Co., Ltd. Production runs through a network of partner mills in China that we audit and qualify before a single order is placed. We hold the specification, the QC chain, the documentation and the commercial responsibility. That is the part most buyers actually care about: somebody accountable when something goes wrong.
Not sure which channel describes you?
Describe what you sell and where. We will recommend the route that fits rather than the one with the biggest order value.
